PAKISTAN NAVY Ships Participate In The International Maritime Exercise IMX-19 In Arabian Sea:
PAKISTAN NAVY Ships Muhafiz, Shamsheer and Aircrafts P3C-Orion participated in the International Maritime Exercise IMX-19. The International Maritime Exercise IMX-19 consist the Naval Forces of 50 different countries and is currently being conducted in the Arabian Sea, Gulf of Oman and Persian Gulf.
According to the detail shared by the PAKISTAN NAVY Spokesperson, the International Maritime Exercise IMX-19 was attended by the Naval Forces of over 50 countries.
The main purpose of the International Maritime Exercise IMX-19 was to improve the war skills, interoperability and professional capabilities to maintain security and stability in the maritime frontiers along and on the Arabian Sea, Persian Gulf and Gulf of Oman.
The PAKISTAN NAVY Spokesperson further said on the occasion, PAKISTAN also highlighted the atrocities and barbaric acts committed by the coward indian security forces in indian occupied Jammu & Kashmir (iOJ&K). The participants were also informed the PAKISTAN’s Principled stance on indian Occupied Jammu & Kashmir (iOJ&K).

PAKISTAN NAVY Spokesperson further said that the PN Muhafiz and PN Shamsheer visited Bahrain and Misqat during the Exercise. The Spokesperson further said that PAKISTAN NAVY has played an important role in maintaining maritime stability and security.
It is worth mentioning that the IMX-19 Maritime Exercise demonstrate the resolve of different countries in maintaining stability and security in the region and freedom of navigation in its operations. This is the 6th consecutive edition of the IMX-19 International Maritime Exercise and the first beginning of the exercise in 2017.
The IMX-19 International Maritime Exercise is conducted in the Gulf of Oman, Persian Gulf and Arabian Sea comprised of 20 countries and three critical choke points. The Participation of PAKISTAN NAVY in this international Maritime Exercise reflects PAKISTAN’s strong desired for Peace and Stability in the region.
