PAKISTAN Iron Brother TURKEY To Sue United states Government To Enforce Its Right For F-35 Joint Strike Fighter Program:
PAKISTAN Iron Brother TURKEY to sue the united states government to enforce its right as a formidable partner in the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) program from which the united states has removed Ankara due to its biased approach against TURKEY for purchasing Russian S-400 Air Defense System.
The Head of the TURKISH Defense Industry Presidency (SSB), Ismail Demir categorically stated that the TURKEY has still got its legal option, which has not over yet. He further added that this is a joint partnership agreement and one side cannot exclude or bypass other partner just other just by saying that “We took you out.”
The Head of the TURKISH Defense Industry Presidency (SSB), Ismail Demir “Today we see that Our argument is correct. Because they are declaring that they are leaving this agreement right now. ” made statements.
“With the last approach, we see that a certain negotiation process will be initiated with the last letter. While there is not much positive response about the negotiation and speech so far, now we see that at least a certain negotiation process will begin,” he further added.
The Head of the TURKISH Defense Industry Presidency (SSB), Ismail Demir added that PAKISTAN Iron Brother TURKEY has paid a total of $1.4 Billion to get the partnership of the F-35 JSF program.
The Head of the TURKISH Defense Industry Presidency (SSB), Ismail Demir further added that in return for the 1.4 Billion USD amount the united states government granted the rights for purchasing and exporting of F-35 Fighter Aircraft that TURKEY will create with the other businesses.
He further added that the united states government has deliberately and biasedly deprived TURKEY of such mutually agreed rights.
It is pertinent to mention that the united states government, by approaching the biased approach, removed PAKISTAN Iron Brother TURKEY from the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) Program for purchasing the formidable and Battle Proven Russian S-400 Air Defense System.
In February 2021, Defense Industries Technologies (SSTEK), a subsidiary of Defense Industry Presidency (SSB) has signed an agreement with the credible US law firm Arnold & Porter to revive its name again in the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) program.
TURKEY has paid the hefty amount of $750,000 to US law firm Arnold & Porter to preserve its right in the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) Program.
