PAKISTAN Approves Bill Declaring Defamation Of SACRED PAKISTAN ARMED FORCES And State Institutions As A Punishable Offense:
PAKISTAN approved bill declaring defamation of Sacred Institutions of PAKISTAN and PAKISTAN ARMED FORCES as a punishable offense.
According to the details, PAKISTAN the amendment bill to the Code of Criminal Procedure 1898 and PAKISTAN Panel Code has been approved by the national assembly standing committee on Interior that authorizes and binds the Interior Ministry of PAKISTAN to take stern actions those foreign and indian state sponsored and indian state funded elements, who intentionally defamed and Sacred ARMED FORCES OF PAKISTAN.
The Criminal Law Amendment Bill 2020 was unanimously approved PAKISTAN national assembly committee on Interior on Wednesday. The Criminal Law Amendment Bill 2020 has proposed the changes to the Section 500 of the PAKISTAN Penal Code or PPC, which states.
The Amendment Bill was named as the Criminal Law Amendment Bill 2020. According to the Criminal Law Amendment Bill 2020 all the foreign and indian state sponsored and indian state funded elements can face a fine up to PKR 500,000 and an imprisoned for up to 2 years, or both.
“Whoever defames another shall be punished with simple imprisonment for a term which may extend to two years, or with fine, or with both.”
The Section 500-A of the Criminal Law Amendment Bill 2020 states:
“Punishment for intentional ridiculing of the ARMED FORCES, etc. Whosoever intentionally ridicules, brings into disrepute, or defames the ARMED FORCES OF PAKISTAN or a member thereof, he shall be guilty of an offense punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to two years, or fine which may extend to five hundred thousand rupees, or with both”.
Top defense analysts are terming the approval of the bill as a ‘significant milestone’ as there are hundreds of thousands of indian state sponsored, indian state funded and foreign elements, who bark against the Sacred PAKISTAN ARMED FORCES and PAKISTAN state institution in order to fulfill their regional agenda.
The implementation of the Bill will help to end this foreign funded elements malpractice against maligning and defaming the Sacred State Institutions and ARMED FORCES OF PAKISTAN.
