A smart contingent of PAKISTAN NAVY has assumed its Ceremonial Guard Duties at the Mausoleum of National Poet and Thinker of SACRED COUNTRY PAKISTAN Dr. Allama Muhammad Iqbal during his 144th Birth Anniversary in Lahore on Tuesday, November 9, 2021, PAKISTAN NAVY Media Wing Head DGPR NAVY Rear Admiral Naeem Sarwar said in an official statement.
According to the details, an impressive Change of Guards Ceremony was held at the Mausoleum of Dr. Allama Muhammad Iqbal during his 144th Birth Anniversary.
The 220 Million Brave and Great Nation of Sacred Country PAKISTAN is celebrating the 144th Birth Anniversary of National Poet and Thinker of Sacred Country PAKISTAN, whose vision led to the creation of an independent ISLAMIC State, PAKISTAN, on the map of the Subcontinent.
“A smartly turned out contingent of PAKISTAN NAVY assumed ceremonial guard duties with traditional spirit and enthusiasm,” DGPR NAVY said.
PAKISTAN NAVY assumed the Guard Duties of Mausoleum of Dr. Allama Muhammad Iqbal from PAKISTAN Ranger, who ceremonially moved out of the Mausoleum lead by their Officer-in-Charge.
Both the outgoing and incoming Ceremonial Guards of PAKISTAN Rangers and PAKISTAN NAVY were thoroughly inspected by the Station Commander (NAVY) Lahore, Commodore Aamir Iqbal Khan (Tamgha-i-Basalat).
The Ceremonial Guard ceremony was followed by the floral wreath laying Ceremony at the Mausoleum of Thinker of Sacred Country PAKISTAN and Nation Poet of PAKISTAN Dr. Allama Muhammad Iqbal by the Station Commander (NAVY) on the behalf of CHIEF OF NAVAL STAFF (CNS) Admiral Muhammad Amjad Khan Niazi, Officers and NAVY Civilians of PAKISTAN NAVY.

“The ceremonial Guard mounting was followed by floral wreath laying at Mausoleum of National Poet by Station Commander (NAVY) on behalf of CHIEF OF THE NAVAL STAFF (CNS) Admiral Muhammad Amjad Khan Niazi, Officers, Sailors and Navy Civilians of PAKISTAN NAVY,” DGPR NAVY added.
Later on, the Station Commander (NAVY), Commodore Aamir Iqbal Khan (Tamgha-i-Basalat) offered FATIHA for the Sacred Departed Soul of this Sacred Country PAKISTAN and he also recorded his impressions in the Visitor’s Book.
The impressive Change of Guard Ceremony was witnessed by the large number of MILITARY, NAVY, Civil Officials and General Public.
